Justin McDevitt is a playwright and essayist from New York City. His plays "Honey Fitz," "Submission," "Three Tall Queens," "Tell Me How I Did," and "The True Martini" have all had readings and productions in New York. You can stream his six-part monologue series "Severed Heads" on YouTube.


Justin attended NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where he designed his own major, concentrating on the intersections of madness and depression. His internship was a nine-year stint at The Duplex Piano Bar, where he got to put his knowledge of madness to good use.
